Welcome to the website of Chasetown FC Youth Section. (Ladies U17)
The youth section was established more than 30 years ago, as Hammerwich Football Club, who enjoyed an association with the Scholars for a number of years. The start of the 2006/07 season saw Hammerwich FC formally adopt the Chasetown name and the two club infrastructures joined together.
The Ladies U17 are currently the "senior" girls team at the club. For 2007-8 we played in Division two of the Central Warwickshire Girl's League and the team's achievement was reaching the Staffordshire U16 County Cup Final. In 2006-7 the girls played in the South Staffs League reaching the cup semi-final.

In junior football, should all players be given the same amount of time on the pitch during a game, regardless of ability?
Yes, always. Getting kids involved is the most important thing.
Yes, unless it is an important game.
No. Winning is important at all ages, so the best players should play more often.
