Welcome to the website of Chasetown Juniors FC Under 10's.
Follow our fortunes this season through this website as we aim for glory in both our league and shield campaign.
We play our football in the 'B' Division of the Lichfield and District Recreational League and were in the title race right up to the end of the season - we finished the season in a respectable third place, winning 12 and drawing 2 of 18 games.
We completed the league part of our Lichfield Shield campaign having won our group to reach the final on Sunday 20th April 2008 at Burntwood Leisure Centre.
Shield campaign statistics were - played 9 won 8 drew 1, scored 33 conceded 1.
We dominated the final for long periods and were unlucky to lose the game 1 - 0 to Sutton United Wasps.
Our squad is made up of 9 lads who attend 8 different local schools.
This is our last season as a mini soccer team. We become an 11-a-side team from the summer of 2008.
With one eye on the future we are currently on the look out for good quality players to strengthen our existing squad.

Yes, always. Getting kids involved is the most important thing.
Yes, unless it is an important game.
