Juniors second league match against Sportsco Harriers another team who were in the division above us last year. Juniors stared brightly in wet conditions and took a well deserved lead with a crisp finish from Ellis Castro. Straight from the resulting kick off great pressing by Tom Hooper resulted in another goal. The ball was difficult to control in the wet and Will Johnson was unlucky with a ball that bounced just in front of him and spun into the net. Half time 2-1. Juniors increased fitness told in the second half with a brace for Sub Jordan Whittle the second a crisp volley, 2 for Che Sayce one being a cracking penalty and i more for Ellis Castro. Alex Cook worked hard up front and got 2 more goals his second following a huge clearance from Will Johnson which skimmed Alex's head and went over the keeper. Special mention to Zak Skelding who was immense in the centre of ddefence and deservedly won the man of the match. Well done everyone.
